1. Overview These Terms of Service govern your use of the Aetherislumera online store at aetherialumera.net and any purchase made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

2. Who We Are Aetherislumera is a curated luxury wellness and home goods store. Contact: a.malina@aetherialumera.net

3. Products We offer physical goods, digital downloads, and services (courses, coaching). Product descriptions are provided in good faith. Images are representative; slight colour variation may occur on physical items due to photography and screen calibration.

4. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept all major credit and debit cards via Shopify Payments. Payment is processed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and will notify you before fulfilling any affected order.

5. Digital Products Digital products (templates, downloads, planners, tools) are delivered electronically upon payment confirmation. Because they are available immediately upon purchase, all digital sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been delivered or accessed. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

6. Physical Goods — Shipping & Delivery We ship within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. For freight or white-glove delivery items, a separate fulfillment quote may be provided before the order is confirmed.

7. Returns & Refunds Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Digital products are non-returnable as stated in Section 5.

8. Courses & Coaching Coaching sessions and courses are non-refundable once any session has commenced or any course content has been accessed. Scheduling changes require 48 hours notice.

9. Custom & Commission Orders Custom-commissioned pieces require a deposit to begin production. Deposits are non-refundable. Final payment is due prior to delivery. Specifications are agreed in writing before production begins; changes after production starts may incur additional charges.

10. Intellectual Property All content on this site — including text, images, product designs, and digital files — is the property of Aetherislumera or its suppliers and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute any content or product without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aetherislumera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.

12. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of the United States.

13. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
