Overview At Aetherislumera, every product is curated with intention. We stand behind the quality of what we offer and want you to feel confident in every purchase.

Eligibility for Returns We accept returns on eligible physical items within 14 days of the delivery date. To qualify, items must be unused and in original condition, in original packaging with all tags and documentation, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items — No Exceptions The following are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Digital products — downloads, templates, planners, tools, and any electronically delivered goods. Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," all digital sales are final.
  • Courses & coaching — online courses, coaching sessions, and consulting packages once any content has been accessed or a session has commenced.
  • Custom-commissioned or made-to-order pieces
  • Sale or final-sale items (marked at time of purchase)
  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration

Defective or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. You are not required to return damaged goods.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email a.malina@aetherialumera.net with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an authorisation number.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges We accept exchanges for eligible physical items of equal or lesser value. Follow the same process as a return and note the item you would like instead.

Refund Processing Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
